Delivery and Payment Terms
We deliver products of shop
“TERRITORY OF YOGA” all over the world. We know how important for you to
receive the ordered items in time, especially if you choose something for a
special occasion. At this moment, we use the following delivery services and we
do our best that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
In Kyiv
Courier delivery with the possibility of fitting (up to 5 units)
Shipping cost - 100 UAH.
In Ukraine
Service “Nova Poshta”
Shipping cost in all regions
depends on the weight:
Up to 1kg – $2 ; up to
2 kg – $3;
Terms: 1-2 business days;
*cash on delivery service is possible.
Russia
1) Delivery service “KM-express”
Shipping cost depends on the
weight:
Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road): up to 1 kg - $ 35, up to 2 kg - $ 50.
Terms: 7-10 business days.
Other regions
Up to 1 kg - $ 40, up to 2 kg - $ 50 or more.
Terms: 8-14 working days.
2) Delivery service “EMS”
Shipping cost depends on weight:
Up to 1 kg - $ 25, up to 2 kg - $ 35 and more.
Terms: 10-14 business days.
2) Russian post
Up to 0.5 kg – $20; up to 1.5 kg – $30 or more.
Terms: 10-30 business day*
*Delivery can be delay because of closed borders between countries
We use an international
delivery Ukrposhta (Ukrainian post) in other countries.
The cost up to 1 kg – $20,
up to 2 kg – $25 and more.
Terms: 10 - 30 business day.
PAYMENT
On our website we accept
payment by credit and debit cards Visa®, Mastercard® of any world’s bank through
the LiqPay service (bank commission is 2.5% for PrivatBank card and 3.5% for
the payment using any other world bank’s card);
Also, you can pay for your order into the bank account (PrivateBank account in UAH). Bank account details for payment will be sent to your e-mail immediately after placing the order on our website.
Commission for payments into bank accounts is 1% of the total sum payed;
We also accept Western Union
transfers.
All fees are paid by the
customer according to the bank tariffs.
