Delivery and payment

In Kyiv – by bank card or cash on delivery.

In Ukraine – by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro).

International order – by credit card through the “LIQ PAY” payment system You will be automatically transferred to the page of the payment system, where you need to specify: card number, card validity period, CVV/CVC code, and press the “Pay” button, after which information about the payment status will appear on the page.

Possible problems when paying by card

Before paying by card, make sure that the limit set by your bank for online transactions allows you to make the payment. If the allowed limit is lower than the value of the product, or if you receive an error about the inability to make a payment, contact the bank to authorize the transaction.

Delivery is made

Around Kyiv by courier or self-delivery for 1-2 days – free of charge.

In Ukraine by the “Nova Poshta” service, 3-5 working days – according to “Nova Poshta” tariffs.

International delivery 10 -14 working days.

Please note that prices do not include international taxes and duties, your delivery may incur additional costs depending on the laws of the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or public holidays.

We cannot give an exact time for your delivery, only possible times and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
